Injection crystalic

Damp walls is quite cumbersome and difficult to eliminate the phenomenon of what might be the result of even a broken gutter, poor insulation or capillary groundwater. The penetration of moisture into the building causing the plaster zmurszenie, crumbling wall and spread of mold and mildew in homes which is particularly noticeable in older buildings lacking proper insulation. Unfortunately, the execution of its earlier traditional drying method is very labor intensive and costly. The ideal solution is crystal injection method, also called "wet track" - a method based on the original concept of the author, aimed at blocking the formation of drainage and preventing the penetration of moisture into the wall.

Wall dried crystal injection method.

Years of laboratory and confirm the following advantages polygonal crystal injection:

  • Excellent performance even in the most damp walls
  • High durability performance
  • The cheapest method of drying buildings in Poland
  • The ease and speed of application
  • Environmental methods

Wall dried crystal injection method.

Crystal injection can be used for drying and creating lock-proof in all damp buildings regardless of the type of material used for constructing walls, regardless of the degree of humidity and salinity.

The process of drying method of crystal injection of the building consists of:

  1. Drilling holes in the wall injection with a diameter of 2 cm, at a depth of about 95% wall thickness, in a single horizontal line intervals of 10-15 cm, preferably at an angle of 15-30o level, on the one side of the wall.
  2. Wetting of the wall by pouring about 0.5 liters of water into the holes
  3. Quick introduction to the hole-water mixture of Portland cement and silicate activator in certain proportions

The emergence of the crystalline-proof lock occurs during the 7 days after application. Crystallization products formed around the hole injection rings initially distant from one another by a few millimeters up to approx rising. 1 cm section 6-8 cm from the center of the injection orifice. To create such a blockade contributes silicate activator, which penetrates within the 8 cm from the center of the hole in the wall wywiercanego diffusion. By contrast, the calcium ions contained in the Portland cement causes, capillaries that water-insoluble compound to precipitate occurs. The precipitated compounds allow for a deeper penetration of the mixture effectively blocking further penetration of moisture into the wall.
