CEILING insulation system ALPOL WM

Alpol Strop WM is a thermal insulation system for garage ceilings with the use of mineral wool and a spray decorative coating.

This system is a solution to the problem of excessive workload performance standard methods. In addition, it guarantees a lower cost performance and faster execution of works.

Implementation of warming by Alpol ceiling WM is characterized by:

• using mechanical methods of spraying decorative coatings, thus abandoning them manually applying,

• resignation from the use of unnecessary layer of reinforcing mesh and glue, the performance of which makes the greatest difficulty and is extremely labor-intensive,

• floor protection function and structure of the building from the effects of high temperatures and the spread of fire in the event of a fire hazard,

• graded as non-, niekapiącym, nieodpadającym under fire, nierozprzestrzeniającym fire (NRO) and possession of class A2-s2, d0 Reaction to fire according to EN 13501-1 A1:2010.

In the system ALPOL STROP WM can be used to select:

• wool lamella covered with pre-ground, with the trade names PAROC CGL 20cy and PAROC Fal 1c

• wool lamella Bare FASROCK L, PAROC FAL 1, ISOFAS LM i FASOTERM NF.

Depending on the type of used mineral wool can be used to select the finishing method:

Method # 1

• mineral wool factory-primed (PAROC CGL 20cy lub PAROC 1c Fal)

• Structural paint ALPOL AF 641 or decorative mineral plasters ALPOL AT 320, AT 325, AT 326, AT 330, AT 336

Method # 2

• Bare mineral wool (FASROCK L, PAROC FAL 1, ISOFAS LM, FASOTERM NF)

• primer for mineral plasters ALPOL AG 701

• decorative mineral plasters ALPOL AT 320, AT 325, AT 326, AT 330, AT 336
