Official Gazette published the Decree of the Minister of Infrastructure talking about the methodology for calculating the energy performance of dwellings and buildings or parts of buildings constituting an independent whole utilitarian and technical, and the method of preparation of energy performance certificates.
The document sets :
- preparing the way energy performance certificates – should be A4, paper form and be written in Polish,
- patterns of energy performance certificates,
- methodology for calculating the energy performance – This method is based on the standard method of use and climate data
adopted from the nearest meteorological station, or on the amount of energy actually consumed.
